Vince Vinoteca & Restaurant in Hannover

We recently had some dishes delivered to our home - our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! Everything was hot and incredibly delicious despite the 20 to 30 minutes drive. We can't wait to go out to eat at the restaurant after the lockdown. Until then we will be happy to order from the take-away menu again :)

Not only one of the most beautiful locations in Hanover, but also a top address for wine connoisseurs and lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. A visit gives every guest an unforgettable experience.

I can only agree with most of the comments, the food is fabulously delicious, the selection of drinks varied and is getting better from week to week due to constant growth and the attempt to achieve perfection. I know Vince from various visits and have to say that I've always been more than satisfied. Duty and freestyle are mastered here: The food is really always fabulous, the white bollo is my all-time favorite. The meat dishes are all extremely well coordinated and testify to a creative and competent team in the kitchen, because here classics like to be spiced up in a sophisticated way. To do this, you have to master the classics and then refine them. Thumbs up! The wine selection requires fewer words. The walk-in wine cabinet behind glass is a visual highlight, filled with many beautiful treasures, from well-known ones to masterpieces carefully selected by experts that you would never find yourself. The sommelier's advice on this has always been very friendly, appropriate and competent. A little tip for new guests: let him put together a selection of cheeses for you, the man can do something! The team is always friendly and after a few visits you get the feeling of coming to old friends. On the pictures from the current map: The veal cheeks alla Rossini. Actually, a fillet is used here, the variant with veal cheeks is amazing, as you can see in the second picture. All in all very good. We'd love to come back as usual.

Very friendly and above all professional staff. Excellent service at the table, refills are regularly replenished and served appropriately. The selection of dishes is seasonal but always offers a suitable alternative. The food has always been prepared as requested and served on point. The quality of the food clearly shows that only fresh ingredients are used here. In addition to an excellent selection of dishes, the restaurant also has an exclusive selection of cheeses, spirits (e.g. various brandies), wines and sparkling wines. In short, everyone who likes quality, good taste and demands when eating out will find their individual happiness here. In summary, the Vince is currently the best that Hanover has to offer in the area of ​​fine dining.

The food is delicious, it looks good and the service is also very nice

Unfortunately the food is only average! Very badly presented! The hygiene regulations are completely not observed! Bread goes back and is put back on the next plate! The tables are not properly disinfected! Only one star for the nice service! Pity!

We went to eat at Vince on Saturday. The food came faster than expected, even though the restaurant was really busy. The food tasted really good and the amount was great. The service was very friendly and courteous. The wine list was brought out as quickly as possible and the waitress gave us a great recommendation. We would love to come back.

September 19, 7:30 p.m. I can only agree with the other comments on the very tasty food, but unfortunately the rest of the food is less so. Neighboring tables within easy reach and no extra "Corona distance". No attempt to write down our coordinates for later information in the event of infection. Aperitif and wine list were only available on request. Many other restaurants have thought of supposedly safer options, here there were the normal versions. 20 minutes to find out that the white wine you want has run out. Aperitif came shortly before the first course - wine only in the middle. The first glass of wine is on the table 40 minutes after arrival. Another 15 minutes and a question passed before the wine came into the cooler. This was taken from the neighbors and the rest of the prosecco was forcibly poured - after all, there was some new ice cream. On the one hand, the staff seemed very stressed, but there was always time to exchange the latest village gossip with the two neighbors, e.g. whether Luigi wants to / will make "her" a child ... ..

Slightly sophisticated cuisine at reasonable prices. Small but fine menu. Tastefully put together courses. The veal cheeks and liver were a dream. The truffles don't have to be part of almost every dish - especially not those with a lot of flavor. Very friendly, but not one hundred percent attentive staff. Overall a great visit to the restaurant. Absolute recommendation!

Excellent restaurant with excellent cuisine. We stumbled upon the suggestion of another restaurant which was full and the choice was decidedly good. Spacious and welcoming place, very kind staff. The dishes are excellent, well prepared but also good. Excellent and wide selection of wines. Average account. Definitely recommended. Note that references to Italy are mentioned, the dishes are not purely Italian if you look for that. For wines instead they have many Italians.

Tasty food and pleasant environment

Upscale cuisine in a relaxed, informal atmosphere with an interesting space concept, as it was previously apparently a bank with safe. The interior is modern and aesthetically beautiful to look at. Unfortunately it is quite loud due to the spatial openness and quite warm during our visit (it was a cold autumn day ...). The prices harmonize with the quality of the kitchen and I think in order (a lunch for two with two courses at just under 80 €). Unfortunately, the service is based more on the relaxed atmosphere than on the quality of the food and so does not quite fit into the concept. A little more attention and interest in the well-being of the guests would not hurt at this level.

A very nice restaurant with a great interior design and excellent food. At the moment they have a variety of asparagus in different meals. The staff is great and the service and quality of the served dishes is compatible with the prices. The lunch we had was also adequate. There was no one in our group who left hungry. Not on the cheap side but definitely worth a visit once a month.

Reservation easy, location TOP, welcome very friendly, great table. Excellent service & always adequate. All dishes on a very good level & tasty, except for the risotto, as there are slight deductions in the B-note. Unfortunately, three drinks were not satisfiable, although two of them on the menu. In summary, an enrichment for Hannover & I look forward to the next visit. It's worth it!
